The Sherwood Park Curling Club in Alberta starting utilizing CurlingClubManager.com in the beginning of 2017. Switching over to one central management tool that oversees our 1100 members has significantly decreased our staff and volunteer hours required to communicate to our members.

It is simple and has current data making it easy for volunteer league reps or staff to update specific leagues or events quicker. Our members communicate with each other when they are unable to make it to a game or update their own line scores!

Our staff and volunteers manage our leagues with way more efficiency.  Creating a draw in minutes vs hours!

Our roll over to the next season registration for members is simplified. Team info is retained and registration on line is tracked, reported and accessible to the user – done by members with current info.

Overall – CurlingClubManager.com has provided a one stop user friendly management tool specifically geared to our curling club’s leagues, events and operational needs. Quick, easy and user friendly for the members, volunteers and staff.

When considering a new website for the Wauwatosa Curling Club in 2015, we formed a committee to review all of our options. That committee, which included both web development and marketing professionals, ultimately determined that CurlingClubManager.com was the only way to go, and we have not regretted our decision. There is simply no other way for a club to get this level of functionality, specific to a curling club, without employing a full-time web developer.

The Wauwatosa Curling Club is in the middle of our fourth season with CurlingClubManager.com, and it only gets easier as time goes on. We now register almost entirely online for membership, leagues, bonspiels, etc., and we also distribute regular membership updates and a weekly newsletter with the tools provided.

Charlotte Curling Association has been using CurlingClubManager.com since we opened our dedicated facility in Fall 2014. Before then we had 35 members and one league that met 2-3 times per month.
